- You will complete the full Rehab Program, progress through the Restrengthen protocols to regain what you've lost while injured: strength and mobility and... you will have mastered a variety of therapeutic self-massage sequences
- After you've successfully Restrengthened, it's time to actively rebuild your muscles, fortify your bones and catapult your confidence so that you ready to move and/or adapt all your favorite sports and activities.Â
- We'll work together so that you develop a consistent and accountable daily Retrain Back Pain practice
- In these vital last six weeks of this specialized programming we should be able to get you back to retraining for your preferred sport with guidance so we can troubleshoot any setbacks together
- This is also the program to choose if you want to be actively restrengthening your bones to stave off menopause-related sarcopenia (muscle loss) and osteoporosis (bone loss)
