Yoga Tune Up® Shoulders Immersion

Each day of this program begins with a two-hour athletic training and recovery class incorporating The Roll Model® therapy ball self-massage followed by an innovative Yoga Tune Up functional movement session for your wrists, shoulders, core, upper back, and neck.
