This class is a combo of Yoga Tune Up® and Retrain Back Pain®

These classes combine breathing, therapeutic movement and self-massage.

Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you’ll aim to unlock myofascial restrictions, improve body awareness and de-stress. YTU, developed by Jill Miller, zeros in on potential catalysts for pain and injury by identifying so-called “body blind spots”—parts of the body that are overused, underused or misused.

This empowering self-care–focused class will leave you feeling more balanced, integrated and at ease in your body.
